Returns and refunds

Heartbound Co. products are printed on demand, specifically for your order. All print-on-demand products, including greeting cards, wrapping paper, sweaters, and other merchandise, are final sale for change-of-mind purposes. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or selected the wrong color or design. Please review product details and any sizing information carefully before placing your order.

This policy does not limit your rights if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at hello@heartboundco.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and, where possible, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you, as applicable.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions and the correct return address. Do not send returns directly to a production partner unless we instruct you to do so.

Exchanges

We do not offer change-of-mind exchanges for print-on-demand items, including exchanges for a different size, color, or design. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as described above.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

Approved refunds

We will notify you when a refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@heartboundco.com.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights provided by applicable consumer law. Where applicable, customers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions such as goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
